1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SnaptoPro ("Service") at snaptopro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnaptoPro is an AI-powered professional headshot generation service. You upload one or more photos of yourself and our AI transforms them into professional portrait photographs in the style you select. Generated images are delivered digitally and are accessible from your account dashboard.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use SnaptoPro. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@snaptopro.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
• Generate images of public figures, celebrities or minors
• Create misleading, defamatory, fraudulent or harmful content
• Circumvent or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI systems
• Resell or redistribute generated images on stock photo platforms
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

5. Your Content & Licence

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos you grant SnaptoPro a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transform them solely for the purpose of generating your headshots. We do not claim ownership of your photos or generated images and we do not use them for any other purpose without your consent.

Generated headshots are provided for your personal and commercial use (profile photos, CVs, business cards, websites, marketing materials). You may not resell generated images as stock photography or licence them to third parties.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are one-time charges processed securely via Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee— if you are not satisfied with your generated headshots, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Free plan credits are non-transferable and do not carry over between accounts. Paid plan credits are tied to your account and do not expire.

7. AI Disclaimer

Our AI generates portraits based on your input photos. Results may vary depending on photo quality, lighting and other factors. We do not guarantee that generated images will meet any specific quality standard, although we offer a money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied. Generated images are AI-created and may contain artefacts or imperfections inherent to the technology.

8. Intellectual Property

The SnaptoPro brand, logo, website design, underlying software and all content created by us are owned by SnaptoPro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our proprietary content without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnaptoPro's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
